市场成交率近些年一直排名第一的RE/MAX，市场占有率从2011年度的37%提升至2012的43%。几乎市场上的一半房源成交与RE/MAX的房地产经纪人，RE/MAX并不是拥有房地产经纪人最多的公司， （我从业以来2010-2017服务于RE/MAX公司，授予Hall Of Fame荣誉）

其它经纪公司市场占有率份额依次为：
14%  Royal LePage
12%  CIR Realty
8%    Country 21
8%    Maxwell
